The dam height at the Beach Street location is 15 ½ feet, so anything higher than that means there is water flowing over the dam.
There should be NO ROWING when the water is flowing over the dam. The Gage Height reading should be 16' or below.
Consider the Discharge (flow rate of the current) readings too when planning to row.
Faster flow rates can present dock approach challenges.
